hello guyz i have a question my husband has an interview on 12 jan 2012 and embassy asked bring ur new passport and expire passport along with 2 passport size pictures. so what does that mean they required his passport too for visa?

As info stated in your signature, your husband medical is already expired long back in 26 JAN 2011. Without valid medical they usually do not give visa. did you order CAIPS Notes, why they require interview hello guyz i have a question my husband has an interview on 12 jan 2012 and embassy asked bring ur new passport and expire passport along with 2 passport size pictures. so what does that mean they required his passport too for visa?

A Happy New Year to everyone. May this year be blessed in every way possible.
I apologize for my absence. I have not been able to come on this forum for a very long time so I was not able to update you guys/gals on my husband's status. After I came back from my visit to Pakistan in October, a few days later my husband received his PPR. By the Grace of Allah he got his visa in November and he landed in Canada in December. It all went by so fast and sometimes even now I have a hard time believing he's actually here since I had waited such a long. I sometimes pinch him to be sure that it all really happened and that he's really here with me.
Thank you everyone for endless support, help, words of kindness and care.

Yes but not from anywhere in Canada. It is done from the province Suskachuan if your cousin or uncle lives there. plus there are some other guidlines. I personally know few people who moved to suskachuan from ontario just because of this reason. You can look into Government website of cic.gc.ca and go into provincial nomine program of suskatchuan.
