thanku for your help.. yes i am a citizen of Canada & Im still studying so its kinda hard to get a full time job without completing them first.. but that's not the main issue Alhumdulillah i can support my self, thanks for your suggestion .. the thing is i want to go back to my husband and stay with him till he get's his PR...my husband is everything to me, so without him its quite mushkil... I recently talked to somebody who also applied for her husband as well, she told me that i can not be out of Canada for more then 7 months? i just wanted to know if that's true or not. My application was Outland. & what does 'AOR Received' mean? That someone is damn wrong ..............your sponsorship is not cancelled if you live outside Canada........ although the CHC may ask you to prove to them that you have genuine intention to settle down in Canada........ which means additional few months ...........

Usually it takes about 15-16 months for PPR for a wife case if everything is straight forward and full wedding along with lots of proof of relationship.

Intizar
Ref: CAIPS / GCMS notes:
I applied for the same on 3rd Nov. 2011 and still waiting to receive these notes. I noticed in my bank statement that CIC Ottawa encashed my cheque for $5.00 for CAIPS/GCMS only on 12th December 2011. Its been 50 days now. what could be the reason for such a long delay/
Thanks

Thankyou Samina Darr & Become-a-Loner!! It removed my confusion completely! I couldn't believe that they would have those months policy, but I did knew about giving them proofs about my settlement plan. My applications become very complicated now I am becoming more confused and terrified if my husband's case will get rejected or not...! i truely wish and pray it doesn't! So here's my situation: Im 21yrs of age but due to several out of my control decision's by my parents My Highschool education has been delayed alot! Im still finishing up the last many courses i have left in order to get my H.S certificate. Anyways so its hard for me to decide on how to show them proof of settling back in Canada, as I am not able to get a job myself &/or even Acknowledgement from any college or University that i will be attending their school. Do you guys have any other ideas on what else I can do before I return back to my husband?!?!?!?
