ss2010, they will interview your husband due to some factors which are raising their eyebrows.
Dont worry INSHALLAH once they send you the Interview date and your husband speaks answers
the questions with a clear mind they will pass him to the next stage quickly.
I am 5 years older than my husband and we are in the Interview Queue also.
I sponsored my husband in JAN 2010 and now we are near to JAN 2012 and still waiting for our Interview too.
I visited my husband this past September 2011 for 3 weeks and sent them new pictures of us, airline ticket and passport copy with the
entry stamp / departure stamp.
INSHALLAH ALLAH PAK ke ghar dair hai andhair nahi, please pray for yourself and us too.
Keep faith in ALLAH and everything will be okay Inshallah.

Hey guys, I have not updated my case lately cause of 2 reasons. First would be that this forum went off it's track for a bit and second would be that I was busy packing  Alhamdulillah I'm in Vancouver, Canada. It's my 4th day here and it's great so far. I hope everyone else gets there visa soon. I guess all the senior members have already left this forum but I think it would be great if they come back specially people like wes it will be great help for new members. Hope you Guys get to your destination soon. Tc and happy holidays. |

Sister, Nobody from Jan2011 got any request or calls yet. Right now they are sending request letters to late OCT and early Nov 2010 file transfers. They are doing initial review on late Nov - Dec 2010 file transfers and doing background checks on Jan - Feb 2011 file transfers. How do you know they are doing BG checks on Jan-Feb AOR's did you get a chance to look at your CAIPS or is it an assumption?
We had a couple of posters from end of Jan and Feb 01 2011 file transfer got replies in email telling them that their background checks are underway. |
