Husband's case: Applied oct 21 2009 (applied with medical and all fees) file transfer to ISB nov 3 2009 start processing nov 9 2009 interview Q since july 2010 required more docs and IMM may 2011 send on may 30 2011 docs received on june 1 2011 interview letter received on dec 13 2011 interview on jan 12 2012 and mine also on the phone. they also required passport and 2 PP size pictures + police clearence 3rd time Re-medical soon waiting visa soon Inshallah |

Alhamdullillah! By the Grace of Allah Ta'alla I got my passport back with visa! All praises for Allah ALMIGHTY! The whole process took 21 months in total! Details are given below for the forum members to understand the process and hold on until they reach the end of this turmoil..

congrats....
From the looks of it...i see that b4 christmas holidays they want to clear up all the leftover cases from 2009 and 2010 that don't require interview and then in Jan 2012 they will get to Nov/Dec 2010 cases...
I have noticed in October that they seem to be contacting people in 2010 AOR on the 13th Month with something. So i calculated that I should expect something by Jan 2012. Lets home they hit december cases soon. Congrats to aqsa and couple of others on the good news! Keep them coming. Its a great moral booster for us to see fellow sufferers are finally receiving joy they long awaited. Meri Bari kab ahgai???  hehee CB |

you are really lucky. I am still waiting for my wife's passport to be stamped with visa. CHC-ISB received her passport on 12th Dec. at 10.20 am. Hoping it get stamped before christmas holidays. Allah SWT will help us in this trying time for sure Insha Allah.
Total time 26 months and 4 days sofar.
