From the looks of it...i see that b4 christmas holidays they want to clear up all the leftover cases from 2009 and 2010 that don't require interview and then in Jan 2012 they will get to Nov/Dec 2010 cases...

yup...waqarcan's case was pending since 2009....resham's case since 2009 i believe...aqsa's case since early 2010....BLOOMINGFLOWER...but she is in a whole diff situation now...now rabiriz's case is finalized with an interview date in early january...so they want old cases out b/c files are piling up...and there are tons of 2011 cases to still do initial review on... On this forum there is only a small percentage of sponsors/applicants compared to the number of files they have at CHC-I....we are maybe just 10-15% of the CHC-I files or even less... I know 1 guy...he has been waiting for his wife since 2 years (wife case)...now the second medical expired....He said he is waiting for PPR....he said its a simple case...very straightforward...b4 he told me it was nikkah only and now he tells me something else...dat he did do rukhsati...dunno...khair...point is...its good to find out from others aswell about their process...they would know something we might not know....we learn from each other...dats how we learn... |

Bhai it will take 2 weeks...... I given my passport to pak embassy on oct 5 when they were here n receive it back on oct 19.
Thanks sis, I was so worried , I could not sleep the whole night lol .... coz udher rooksati ka keh dya idher passport mil he nahi rha ........so sleepy at work today .......... |

Sis my passport is not with CHC-I ..... My Pakistani passport is with Pakistan embassy in Vancouver.... for renewal .......... I ham having rooksati by end of this month ......in ISB so I have to fly back to Pakistan ............... I nvr get worried the only thins is I dont trust Pakistan embassy ....... u always send to them something and u get back empty envelops with no passport ........ ............ happened to me once ............that is why i am worried ....... |

Congrat aQsa.
you are really lucky. I am still waiting for my wife's passport to be stamped with visa. CHC-ISB received her passport on 12th Dec. at 10.20 am. Hoping it get stamped before christmas holidays. Allah SWT will help us in this trying time for sure Insha Allah.
Total time 26 months and 4 days sofar.
