yup yup yup Dec 16, 2011....we finally see some ball action...and my wife med is expiring on the same day...and i get into double digits of waiting time...10 months...damn dem CHC-I y do they do this to us...n not indians or chinese....ohhh i know....b/c chinese have lots of massage parlors in Canada...and kenny gets massage everyday from them...he thinks if more chinese come....different ones will give him massage....and indians b/c of the beghairti they show on tv thru bollywood...it excites kenny....he loves it....indians nangay hokay kharay hojaatay hain....toh unko kenny bhai visa jaldi deh he deh geh... sry if i said n e thing wrong or if i have offended n e 1....i m just really frustrated n i want my wife here... |

Hi all, ALHAMDULLILAH, i am in canada , toronto,area is brampton, now , and the problum is i have got , to go to the banks, social offices etc, can someone guide me plz , any area, where i can go and do my initial things, etc, and i want to go to that kind of place where i can easely find out a bank social office in a row, for that , i am looking to use a public transport, has someone got exprience about it plz guied me thanks. i heard about dundas street , in misssaga, how far is that  |

Congratulations. It depends how your interview goes, if everything goes well thats I wish and hope will go well, you should be expecting your file to be finalized in 2 to 3 months after interview. hello guyz,
My husband got a letter today for an interview on jan 12,2012 and also they required passport at the same time.....after 26 months he got a letter for an interview.... i am so happy today... can some1 tell me after interview how long its gonna take and r they gonna ask for medical?....

How long it takes to get the passport back from Pakistan embassy in Vancouver ............. they called and said that they will extend my passport ( As i sent it for renewal ) ................. they said they will send it back on Monday(12-dec-2011) evening they received the passport on Monday at 11 am ....... still i don't see that nothing has been received on that tracking number by Canada Post ........................ do they take 2 to 3 days ................ i am thinking if my passport is lost again by Pakistani Embassy or not .................. plz suggest .............

Bhai it will take 2 weeks...... I given my passport to pak embassy on oct 5 when they were here n receive it back on oct 19. |

Alhamdullillah! By the Grace of Allah Ta'alla I got my passport back with visa! All praises for Allah ALMIGHTY! The whole process took 21 months in total! Details are given below for the forum members to understand the process and hold on until they reach the end of this turmoil..

Sponsorship approval recieved April 2010
File processing started in CHC Islamabad(AOR) June 2010
CHC replied in a query for status by email that they
havent recieved supplementary forms and supporting
documents since June 2010, resent the documents January 2011
Rukhsati Function ( No updated proofs sent) February 2011
Objection letter on rukhsati
(Marriage not genuine) April 2011
Replied to objection May 2011
Refilling IMM schedules July 2011
Re-med and PPR Request October 15, 2011
Remed done and PP sent on October 22, 2011
CHC recieved PP and remed results October 31. 2011
Visa stamped November 30, 2011
Status changed to Decision made December 6, 2011
Recieved PPR back with visa December 13, 2011
