My husband done re medical on 3rd of September 2011 and got this reply today...... before that i always got that "Your application is currently in process and is in queue for review by an immigration officer." but this time i got this ...................is it any positive sign  Dear Client, This is in response to your email (see below). Your application is currently in process and is waiting to be reviewed by a decision-making officer. After this review, the file will be advanced to the next stage of processing. In compliance with the department's commitment to the "first in, first out" policy, we process cases in the order they are received as our office. Your application will be reviewed upon it turn in queue. We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimum. Please note that we will be unable to reply to messages which do not include either the name AND date of birth of the primary applicant or the file number under which your application is being processed. If the email reply is correct, it means that his background check was completed and the file is waiting for its next Bring forward date to be reviewed by the immigration officer. this is funny
i have been e-mailing CHC for the last 2 months for file number but no response so i contacted my MP and he e-mailed them and they told him that the file is still in transit from mississauga from june 30, 2011 (GOTTA BE KIDIN ME)
on e-case it shows my file was approved on august 31 and CHC recieved on september 15 and medical results and also it said october 21 chc started to process my file know that has been removed from e-case
i call this crap

the agent said that ones we have approved ur file we dont have any contact with CHC because they have there own system so iguess i cant order CAIPS no one knows where the file is |

I am currently in pakistan and will soon be going back to canada...my wife address has not disappeared yet !! i am so depressed.... when will this night mare will be over !!! My wife did re-med on 21st sept, and sent all forms and re-pcc on 5th october along with pictures to prove marriage is genuine... Any ideas how much more time now ? |
