I think things are speeding up now. I have read on other forums too that people are starting to get responses and it is taking average of 12-14 months for the whole process. I feel bad for people who have been waiting for more than that. I hope you guys get your visas soon. They need to start 2010 cases cause its been more than a year now that's why i think they will wrap up 2009 cases as soon as possible. Most of the cases i have seen on this forum which have been delayed are the NIKAH ONLY cases. I maybe wrong but since times have changed and so many people have been doing fraudulent activities, that's why those cases are taking a long time. I hope there is someone registered over here from the immigration department who is reading all these comments of the people who are separated from there companions and understands how hard these times are. I pray to ALLAH for everyone to get there visas soon and reach there destinations safely. This forum has been depressing most of the time. I am looking forward for the day when everyone of us on this forum will discuss about how they are spending there time in Canada with there partners / family  |

Hi,
My wife received two letters from the Embassy. One was requesting for her re-medical Test and second stated "Visa Appears" ready and they requested for her passport in the mail.
Does this mean I no longer need to send further documents? I am still worried, I will never feel comfortable until she has received the final letter.

still nothing & i'm being sick of this already  . Maximus brother i applied for caip notes & i didn't receive any info yet is that any way how to contact them to ask abt it as their phone number appread to not be working at all. |
