CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2009 -2010

Whd mukhtar is the husband case and a nikah case. How did he get the visa when he was told by CHC-I that marriage is not genuine?
Any one has any idea?

Also, I've sent the inquiry as to what documents they received, but never got a confirmation (the automated one they send when the email is received)...

ayesha i would suggest that u leave everything to GOD. if at all u wanna inquire do it through ur hubbys mp. dont send them any mails etc.they are just crazy they do want they have to do. u gotta be patient. trust me u have time left in ur processing its just that its not ur time as yet. keeping in veiw the trends of timelines they are for now finalizing early 2010 to mid 2010 cases i mean they are getting ppr right now u have a lil tiny bit of more time left.

trust me you'll hear from them when its time there is nothibg u can do to run after them .

plz dont mind im telling u all this coz i have been through all this .. it only puts u in stress n depression they are not losing anything . swear to god my own experince is that the day i told myself I DONT CARE THEY CAN GO TO HELL they can take as much time as they want. after 15 days of it i got back to back response from them Allahumduliallah

Caips is useless if one is just curious to know when and what happened on their file then it is fine.
else Canadian immigration and all their systems are crap, Canada is full of crap, it was just my fate to marry a girl from Canada. When i think of doing anything i do it. I have informed my wife that I am thinking on withdrawing my application, I don't need to waste my time on a country full of *censored word*.
I am now taking a break from this forum, sorry if i caused any pain for anyone.
I will let u all know in a month or so if i have withdrawn my application or i let them suffer me and my wife more. Enough is Enough.

First of all they havent decide for ur life, u did it, it was ur wish to marry a canadian girl, it was ur wish to apply for immigration and it was ur wish to live seperately so dont blame canada they r doing what they supposed to do. PAKISTANIS u know what does that means koi bhi apnay ghar may kisi ayese admi ko nahee anay deta jo terreost ho, woh log yehi check kerte hain bus aur baki cases itnay hain aur hum logon ka record itna kharab hai, bomb blasting, target killing, etc. thats why verification purpose may time lagta hai.I know u r pissed off but think before u r talking coz mu se niklay way alfaz wapus nahee jatay.

Dont lose it bro.one sincere advice i should give u is stop coming to this forum as it will make u more frustrated.i visited this forum only when i got my ppr and that too when i needed sum info.its a gr8 moral support sumtimes and very helpful ppl but it can also cause alot of frustration. Just relax ,do what ur doing,dont fight with ur wife as the distance can sumtimes make u do that. ur almost through and getting there,hold up man believe me.just take sum time off,go visit placec in ur beloved Pakistan. just 4-5 months to go and it will pass.

Ayesha .. Don't send them anymore emails. Just hang in there, you will get your PPR soon InshaAllah. It seems like they want to make sure your 14 months are up before they send you a PPR.

bestplace ...its hard to handle waiting for so long. I think its good if you take a break from the forum for a while and try to do other things with your time that take off your mind from this. Too much thinking about the application when you cant really do much about it at this point will drive you crazy.

Don't withdraw but just stop worrying about it since you are thinking about withdrawing anyway. Let it continue but don't stop your life waiting for it. Just pretend you did withdraw it and now there's nothing to worry about. Do what you would have done if you had withdrawn the application.

It could be your medical results. They must have updated them in their system and thats probabay what they might be referring to....

Wes bhai, i have sent supportive documents voluntarily. Some people dont even get the imm forms and ppc. You think it may be RE MEDICAL & PPR?

how are you all? Congratulations to all who got their passports with visa in last few days. I am planning to bring my wife to canada after eid. I have a question about PR Card. Is it still sent by mail to new immigrants or person has to go and collect it from immigration office in toronto?
How long is it taking to get the PR card as i am planning to move from Mississauga towards Alberta.

PR is still sent post and current timeline for PR card is 39 business days...
