you did not seek authorized from the inventor of Totka (Ainy), a special permit was required els the ghostly spirits may not work and to my understanding there is nowhere she granted the permission to all of you ..............so put a full stop on this illegal activity ........... her rights are protected under charter of totaka rights of Canada .......... now the triad (all three of you infringing her copy rights) must wake up, follow the formal authorization process to reap desired results ............ Question: Those who have received passport request, please let me know how many days of compliance you receive from CHC ISB to send the passport? In other words how many days you have to send the passport, 30 or 45?

Question: Those who have received passport request, please let me know how many days of compliance you receive from CHC ISB to send the passport? In other words how many days you have to send the passport, 30 or 45?
I believe it is different in each case such as PPR + Remedical is generally 30 days PPR+PCC+Remedical is 45 days ...... and just passport I believe is 15 days ....... It should be indication on the letter I guess |

Just wait and see what they ask you in future might be possible they wont ask for it but if they ask for it in future than dont argue with them that u dont have it or its the original one because in one case they asked for pcc from saudia arab from one of the forum member and he tried to convienced them with all the proofs that embassy not giving him and chc isb rejected the case so if they ask for in future than dont argu just get it done. U can make any paper in pakistan in any date just money matters so dont worry abt it ke nahee ban sakta.
so u mean,,,,rite now we just send em all the other stuff theyve asked for,,,like imm forms etc,,,n pcc ,,,n proof of ongoing relationship,,get re-med done,,,,but we jus act like we never read the nikkah bit,,,i mean for now,,,n then wait n see if they ask next time,,,rite?  |

If you are saying its a translation, then where is the original? Translation of what? I am telling you its not a translation its a NIKAH NAMA in ENGLISH. People now have choice to either get it in URDU or English. People who only choose to get it in English don't receive one in URDU. If it was a translation then they would've received the original URDU one along with its translation in English. Since now there is an option to receive an URDU or ENGLISH or BOTH; I chose both and received both, while others made a mistake and only chose ENGLISH so now they have to find the maulana sahib and get the URDU one done? Thats not right, what if he moved to another city or country or just doesn't exist? My wife's original birth certificate was in English I didn't send them a URDU translation for it and they never asked for an URDU birth certificate? Why should they? exactly....even at the high court where i picked up the form,,,they asked me wat language,,,,n so did the maulana sahib,,,my original english certificate is properly stamped,,,by the notary public,,,ministry of foreign affairz,,,,wid proper dates,,,,both husband wife signatures,,,witnesses signatures,,,like the whole bloody proper deal,,,,,,,,! |

Congratss for your re-medical. I also have the Nikah Nama both in Urdu and English. So i guess you should get that also |

I signed 4 Nikah Namas during my Nikah, two English and two URDU both english ones were hand written just like the URDU ones! I got an English and an URDU one both originals and my wife got an english and an URDU one both originals with both of our and maulana's and gawahs sigratures on all of them. They are all the same except the language one is in URDU and one is in English. Anyways, I don't want to debate on this, but how can any one get an URDU one after the nikah if they havn't signed one thats the big question!? P.S. My Birth certificate is in URDU just so you know They were hospitals who issued URDU birth certificates back in the 80s... Me and my husband signed 5 nikah namas. We still laugh at this  |
