there is alot of activity because december is holiday month for CHC - I and there trying to clear as much as possible if dont get any thing then wait until mid- january

No there is no time limit .......... the only thing is that the new application will be more critically evaluated since the previous one was withdrawn, no matter what you say they would suspect that there was a potential problem in the relationship this is why it was withdrawn....... |

Bhai but there was no interview for them, and what i have noticed is they dont give out interview date before 2 years of processing and then if they are not satisfied with the interview they can drag the case for another year. I was told that whoever i bug they get the visa for example TorWi and Ainy. Now i am looking for someone to tease and bug me on daily basis may be this totka will work on me |

Thanks ; do u hav any idea about how long they take after re-medical ? on average they ask for ppr in 3 or 4 months after remedical.v r in 5th month now so fingers crossed n hope 4 de best , gud luck for us  |
