They would only refund the $490 that was paid for 'Right of PR Fee' The other $550 is gone because they have already processed sponsorship part of it. Why are you asking all these questions? Is everything alright? Answer only if you don't mind |

Can you tell me what document your wife got with her passport? Was it just a paper that is to be signed in from of IMM officer?

Yep its called the landing paper with your photo pasted onto it. They will keep the top copy and return the other copy at the time of landing. Make sure you don't lose that becuase once in Canada thats your proof of landing and you will need to provide that in order to apply for health card, sin card and all other formalities. Plus all the proofs and original documents we submitted including all the photos. |

finally good news
hubby received pp baq with visa today
so exactly after 27 months.......wow long wait is now over,,,
still not sure why they keot pp since may....
anyways,...

If you email the request and ask for the notes vai email, they send it to you after 30 days from the date they receive your request and same if you mail it out. If you email the request you only save the mail delivery time so about 1-1.5 weeks, but the processing time is 30 days... |
