Alkhamdulilah, today Oct 13th my wife has received a request letter for re-med, repcc, and supplementary form, so glad that finally CHC-IS has started processing my wife's application. Any idea, how long further it would take for passport request after the re-med and repcc? MUBARAKAN! |

Thank you guys, You all have given me tons of strength mashallah.
Applied June 2009,
File Transferred to CHC Aug 2009,
Processing started Sep 12, 2009.
Remedical submitted June 20, 2011 with Re-PCC.
CHC received July 20, 2011.
CAIP report says, PHEP letter mailed October 11, 2011.
I hope it is a good news!! I still can't believe it since I don't have the letter in my hand...I will keep you all posted. I pray for all of you. It is extremely hard to stay apart from loved ones.
your timeline is very smiliar to mines ...congrats to you and your family and yea your wait is now over.....umm hopeing now Inshallah this year mines would be over since alot of 2009 cases are finishing up! |

There is more trouble by the dengue fever in Lahore and some other parts of pak. But PIA mostly had the problems with their domestic flights and not 777 boing which is used between canada & pakistan, So don't let these things worry you too much as according to islam the death time is settled and we can not change it except our prophet said that if there is a plague in the town so you people should not go there or people who are living there should not go out of that town either so they would not spread the disease. I am also thinking of traveling to pakistan by PIA as well.
i will go there next year InshaAllaah but i wanna book my flight now....so u mean international flight is safe?  if they r not spending any money on maintenance of domestic airplanes then how could they maintain international??? dubai to pakistan flight is international flight as well but stilll  maut ka aik din muai'yan hai aur jab jis ki likhi hai aayegee but jan boojh k kunwen mein to jump naheen kia ja sakta na |

Once his background check is over, they will send you PPR InshaAllah. Background checks take anywhere from 45 days to 6 months depending on the travel history.
ya but the thing is that in the first email it says background checks are over for this application. Your application is currently in process and is in queue for review. Background checks are over for this application. |

They are running background check twice on husband cases from what we know. We have a few husbands on this forum waiting for 4 months after the Remedical and they are being told the same thing that their background check is underway. Hope it answers your question |

Ok so no actions towards my address change.... should i email them now??? hello i have experinced change of address recently. fax them a letter with new address ,ur date of birth, file number ..remeber to sign it cause i didnt do it and someone called from the chc saying fax again a signed letter . my ecase was updated within 5 days with new address |

Remed & repcc request received on October 13, 2011.
Hey Amahmoo, What method of communication was used to request the Remed and re-pcc? Phone? Mail? E-mail? CIC online status? The reason i ask is... I know guys / gals whose file got transfered in later in the year, did not get AOR via mail as expected. Instead, I had to email them when 3 months had passed (feb/mar time when AOR was updated on website in Jan but no file no received). I got my wife's File No. via email. Thanks, Cheers, P.S. If others have comments on the method of communication, that would be great. I ask because i will be visiting my wife for a month late Oct-Nov. |

My Sister's & Brothers, Sono sono meri news update sono. My wife just receive the passport back with VISA ( Alhum-du-lillah)
Passport sent on OCT 6th (Thursday) received back on OCT 14th (Friday). ecase still shows "In process".
