hey guys ,i wanted to ask i got my aor from islamabad in july 2010 ...i know there is still quite some time to go as cases from 2009 are still waiting for a green light ....but what i wanted to know is ordering CAIPs notes at this stage any beneficial ?
also does the cic site shows if they have received your medical or not ?
could you give me the link for the CAIPS notes forms ? thanks alot ...good luck to us all

Hey safum,
No i havent heard anything yet. Though after I emailed them, I emailed my MP. After a few days the MP's secretary called me back saying we will get a hold of them and try to find out exactly whats going on, and said that she would let me know as soon as Islamabad replies back.
So im just waiting for that now!

One hope for some of u ............ see if applies to you ..... does not apply to me.......there is a new law being introduced in ontario .....that if ur wife or husband is in health sector...or .... education sector...........and has experiencee in it......... they can bring their wifez/husband on workpermit till their sponsorship is done ............ Conditions: #1 Education or Health Sector experience #2 Have a sponsorship applied for sponsorship #3 You hav to go out side Canada to pretend that you are not living in Canada.......coz of ur wife......... #4 you have to be from the most beautiful Ontario......well i am from alberta.........  it sucks here I think it would work for some of u for sure .........this is complete information ........ you would get workpermit when ur spouze lands and they have to show the documents ......... call CIC at 1800---- number and get compleate info...... i hope some of u would not be lonely any more .......... |

Well, you have to understand, that the file opens atleast after 10 - 12 months of AOR received. The process it self is not long its just that they delay in opening the file for initial review. |

My wife's medical is expiring in August, 2011. She never received AOR so we emailed them asking for an acknowledgment. They replied quoting a file # starting with F. I have no idea what it means but apparently it is specific to the consulate so calling CIC is of no use.
When did u apply for ur wife's case? I havent received my AOR yet either. |

I am sponsoring my Kid. Decision have been made and file transfered to Pakistan.
I am waiting for AOR, did ISB VO sends AOR Letter on postal address? Do you guys have any idea if they treat cases for kids earlier?
