My hubby never asked for money when he was back home but I send him money every month and told him to pick it up! he always used to say "Please don't send me money when I need it I will ask you"!
Sis don't worry about money! money comes money goes but when he is here and sees how hard it is to make $$$$ then he will love you even more to see that u put so much on yourself to send $$$ to him! People from back home if you tell them that "I'm working very hard to earn money" they will NEVER understand it NEVER!
Don't send him too much $$! At least tell him that your bills are too much this month and he should watch his spendings:/
your friend...I think the best thing to do is that as soon as hubby comes and makes money, us WOMEN should hand them the bills and show them the bank  for reals other wise WE have to be the MAN and WOMAN of the house 
Thats so true, we work so hard for our loved one but then they are still not happy and think we don't think of them hard.
I work so hard to pay here and also send my husband money but every month he wants more and more, he thinks we have a money tree here...I just don't understand what how he spends 30 thousand rp in 20 days still asking for more money to send him,
I take all this immigration tension, inquiry, emails and payment and still they don't think from our side, and feel we "bahar" in canada with no stress,
my friend's husband just came few months ago and he start to work, instead of supporting the wife to share the cost and payments, he sends the money to his family back in pakistan...don't know if its right, we girls work sooo hard but still can't make our husbands satisfy....
sorry for all this talk,reading this message just open up my heart's pain lol

I like the idea of "i've lost my job" I support you on this BloomingFlower!
It is never a good idea to start sending money back home to husband. Usually a guy alone wouldnt need more than 20 thousand rupees per month. Highly paid jobs in pakistan pay 40,000 rupees per month.
Stop sending him money Maryaam! Make any excuse that you lost your job and ask him to send you money to support you. Trust me even if he has money he wont send you a penny.
Save the money you send to him here and keep it for your future.

Salam Forum:
I have good news to share with you guys, that my wife got her passport back today with Canadian Visa stamped. I am very very excited and thanking Allah. May wife already booked ticket through PIA and landing Toronto on October 14th Inshallah. I hope everyone in this forum get togather with their beloved ones soon and safe Inshallah. Please pray for us that she lands safely....
My time line is...
May 13 2010: Applied to CPC Mississauga
July 21 2010: File transfered to CHC Islamabad.
September 15 2010: Reqested more pic+documents.
June 01 2011: Re-PCC+imm
June 28 2011: Remedical Done
September 24 2011: PPR
September 26 2011: PP sent to CHC by TCS.
September 27 2011: PP received to Nasir.
October 4 2011: PP came back with visa stamped.
FYI: My e-case still shows as "In process". By the way my address was disappeared for 4 days from sep 27 to 30 and came back again, still there.

when I visited back home my hubby said "once I'm there you are NOT to work". I was like cooooool:) but now that he is here he says "honey it's up to you, what you want to do". I told him "the word that you told me when I was back home, I am sticking with that" lol!! no really, what's with MEN these days!!! where does their ego then??? I know a woman in Pakistan who is supporting her two young daughters and her husband also. His husband always have excuses for a job. I don't know how such men could let her wife support the family. Where does their ego go then?  |
