Its 1-888-242‑2100 from monday to friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Go through the options and press 0 to talk to them. They usually know answers to general questions and may be able to help u figure out why ur file changed from B to F. They do not have any access to information about your file once it has left Canada. Hope this helps! |

She never received AOR so we emailed them asking for an acknowledgment. They replied quoting a file # starting with F. I have no idea what it means but apparently it is specific to the consulate so calling CIC is of no use. |

hey guys ,i wanted to ask i got my aor from islamabad in july 2010 ...i know there is still quite some time to go as cases from 2009 are still waiting for a green light ....but what i wanted to know is ordering CAIPs notes at this stage any beneficial ?
also does the cic site shows if they have received your medical or not ?
