Congratulations to all who got their passport requests- Mashallah, it is awesome!
I do have a quick question if you guys can help me out. Re-medical for my husband was sent June 1st and CHC Islamabad received medical on June 20th. I have been waiting for PPR since than. Last night I received an email from CHC islamabad stating " Background checks for this applicants have been completed". Not sure how long do i have to wait?.
Here is my timelines.
Applied June 2009.
File fwd to Chc - Aug 2009
remedical and re-pcc- May 2011.
submitted everything and waiting since June 2011-
Waiting for PPR- everything has been very smooth, however the wait time is killing me. I have applied for CAIP notes and I will receive CAIP Notes via email on October 12, 2011. How many more weeks?

tkaa sorry to bother u bt im a bit worried. u say u sent the pport on 16th and ur ecas status got changed to "decision made" on tuesday right? which tuesday was that? was it tuesday, 20th sept.
i sent my pport on 26th sept but my ecas status is still "in process".
Salam Fahadkn My wife also send her passport on Tuesday Sep 26 to CHC Islamabad. E-case is still shows in "process". I hope both of us get some good news soon this week Inshallah. |

Sorry to disappoint you but unfortunately sub 2009 applicants ko saza di gi hy shadi kerne ki. There are still few applicants with 2009 timeline and even who got PPR for 2009 cases they really drag them down. |

Friends, how much time CHC usually takes to issue a letter after BFD. Its been 40 days since the BFD as per CAIPS but I havent received any letter from them. I emailed them as well week ago but no response.

Thanks for your prays Sister..... yes we did and got reply ..... "we are still awaiting response for our enquiry"   ...  ? Its been five months of remedical.... me and sunshine is on the top of the list.... Needs duas. bro inshAllah u shud be hearing good news pretty soon

I got a reply that "file is in process for initial review, Applicants file is well with processing time frame" what do they mean by that?
BTW I am Oct 2010 AOR.

What happens after the DMP sends the medical results to New Dehli? Do the results are forwarded from New Dehli to Islamabad or it stays in New Dehli and processed there? How long does it take for new Dehli to process the results after receiving?

Congrats to all those who have received their passport requests and passports back.
My question is for those who recently sent their passport to CHC-I for visa issuance. Could you guys let me know who the receiver was of your courier at CHC-I? I just sent mine and it was received by some new guy "Danish" usually it was "Nasir". Anyone else who had Danish sign for the passport?
