My wife file is also sitting in interview line and 3 days back 1yr was completed with ISB. so 2nd year now started with them I think we both have the same timeline but our case is probably different and more complicated than everyone elses on here. I'm canadian by birth but i'm living in the US. My husband is in Paki that i'm sponsoring to canada. He can't come to the US right now so i thought we can move to canada. We have a immigration consultant we're working with who always told us it wouldn't be any problem etc and it should be 6-9 months and still nothing. i would move to canada tomm but i kinda have a job thats keeping me here for now. i did however do everything they ask to prove its a valid relationship and the attorney keeps saying the interview is to prove its a genuine relationship. we didn't have a ruksathi in paki but we went out for a dinner w/family etc and we did claim it as our ruksathi. we also met up in dubai and went on a honeymoon few months ago and have submitted proof for it all. |

Dear One 2 ka 4, I send his application on november 2009, and on January 5, 2010 the process start. re-medical was requested on november 2010 and in january 2011 they request more forms to fill plus the pcc!!! lets see how long we have to wait more... good luck with ur wife case:) and I will pray for all people who are waiting for their loved ones:) |

Dont really understand how the hell bloody they are operating and what they want from public. FNA sister they also have a rukhsati objection on my case and think relation is not genuine. I am losing my temprature after reading your story now. "Marriage is not considered genuine" peoples provided you all the possible proof they can provide or can make available being stay apart. What "censord word" they need and how they want that proof to be provided to their "censord word" As an employed person, Peoples cannt afford to quite the job and stay there for 16 months to proof you the relation. Honestly speaking peoples need more job security & saving feature after married as to start the new life. PIA is not run by Chachu "Sosir" who operate on tax payers money and will provide the free flight. Further you will not issue the visa untill peoples return back and provide you the proof meaning another delay for 3 months. On the other hand as an student peoples want to finish the study fast to get a job & to start the new family life easly. Why dont you bloody issue the visit/temporary visa so that spouse can arrive for a short period of time that will help your dirty mind to clear the fact about the relation as you can better judge the relationship. Peoples cannt go either way and get stuck in the middle. Enough is enough.  |

Simba, Yes it is a Nikah case. We personally traveled to PK with entire family, my sister had wedding in 1st week and than in 2nd week I had wedding and both cases are with CHC-ISB which we gave them cross reference of each other file number so that they can confirm yes the entire family appearing in one shadi and than into 2nd shadi. We did celebrated full shadi except the fact there was no Rukhsati and less co-habitation period as I have to join my job after two wk vacation which I have provided them a letter from company that "it is not the company policy to grant more than a 2 wk vacations at a given point and that to confirm employee took this to this date vacations and vacation reason to get married." so that is the objection. They think those 150 barati peoples in the pictures,my company,colleaque/friends reference letter,banking documents,insurance company,CRA and every body else in the world are all stupid who accept/confirmed wife a depended spouse and few peoples in CHC-ISB are geniues who think marriage is not genuine and its solely to acquire the status. Come on dont give me that crap. I know its local begairt staff who is not understanding it and think I am making a story otherwise a Canadian staff does understand the vacation policy as they also entitle for 2 wk vacation depending on the no of yrs of service. Beside providing many other genral & financial proof's today I have opend a TFSA account with RBC and had included my wife name into the account as a beneficery and obtain the copy of the account which I'll be sending to my wife so when she goes for interview she can take with her as a other proof and moun per mare on ke.
