i have a question so anyone feel free to answer....
it has been over a year since my husband was requested his remedical ...and the only response i have had from em was that it is in interview queue...so i told him to send a police clearance voluntarliy...is that possible for the remedical to send it voluntarliy..or is that done by only request by the immg...and if it can be done voluntarliy is it the same form used when done the first time submitting the application?

Priority sirf kuch Fed Govt employees ko milti hai jo high post per hain Govt main.
I beg to differ, Wes is a federal Govt employee and his file took 19 months and I know another Federal Govt officer who is waiting like anyone els. I think the exception is made to CIC employees only............ |

Yeah, his case wasn't going to be a priority but his dad made a few calls and his wife got PPR without a 2nd request of Re-PCC/ IMM Forms after 5 months of her AOR. |

Relationship not genuine or does he have a long travel history ?
he does have a travel history.....he was in usa as for student visa and he came to canada also for immg but did not go through with it after getting married just closed the case and went back to pak so after so n 2009 i applied for his sponsership when we got married in 2005.... and not sure if it is "relationship not genuine" |

Its got to be relationship not genuine concern. Why didn't he go through with the Immigration back then? Do you have any kids together? They probably want to know why the case was closed back then and why didn't you sponsor him right after you got married, unless i am not getting the whole picture. How long have you been in Canada ? |
