Address issue is still a mystry no one know what it means exactly some say its a system glitch and some believe that whenever they access your file, whether for any updates, reviews, request letters, email reply, updating CAIPS the address disappears. Don't know how true that is....

Normally Caips are a little behind, they are not always up to date. Mine were always 1-2 months behind...

Thanks so much.u r the lucky and happy one today.

Aoa,

So today I'm filling out the CAIPS forms and I have a couple of questions. Maybe wes, saggit, or anyone else who has received CAIPS notes in the past can help:

1) when they ask to include the consent form, are they talking about the Authority to Release Personal INformation to Designated Individual (IMM5475), or is it the Use of Representative Form (IMM5476)?
2) In the Access to Information and Personal Info Request (IMM5563), do i tick on just CAIPS or GCMS as well?

Thanks a lot.

1) They consent form is the Designated Individual as your husband/wife in Pakistan is giving you permission to view the CAIPS notes on his file for Permanent Residence.

2)You check both CGMS and CAIPS. They give you both if your CAIPS have shifted to CGMS. I was told they check for both anyway if you ask for just CAIPS because most of the systems are in transition to CGMS.

Hi I have another question ppl,

Is it ok to sign the consent form imm 5475 and use of representative imm 5476 by both husband and wife on the same date? Does it not show to chc that both are sitting together while ordering caips?

Not necessarily. It could mean that the spouse in Pakistan sent you a fax or they sent you a scanned copy in email which you reprinted on the same day signed.

PIA flight from Toronto to Lahore today had only 7 flight crew members. 14 hr long flight and only 7 crew members. 7 of other crew member refused to go on flight and took sick leave before 3 hrs flight departure. The reason of sick leave because they got fight each other in hotel . Woooooow PIA... What can v expect from Pia more... Embarrassed
