Don't be sad brother inchaAllah everything will be just fine as u said u'll go to do rukhsati and present urself with ur spouse at the interview so no worries inchaAllah just relax and everything will be fine as long as u know each other very well try to communicate with ur spouse & let her be aware abt everything ur work ur life there everything they can ask anything that might not be in ur mind and as i know a lot of people they don't pay attention to small things prepare ur spouse for that don't waste time & good luck.

Yes InshaAllah I am going in April. As they have confirmed that interview letter wont be issued before Feb. I dont think so but Incase if my wife received interview date in  March than I have advised her that tell them my husband is comming next month and we are doing RUKHSTI in April as his exam will finish in April. I will send university exam schedule & April ticket booking reference to my wife plus she will take the banquet hall advance booking proof with her.

If interview date is not fix by April than no need to do above as I will be there Insha Allah.

Sounds like a big step for you...Good Luck bro, InshAllah everything will be fine...

what is the difference between file in queue to be review and for initial review, or they are just confusing people by writing that.
Any one has an answer for this question, i would like to know.  Thank you.

Initial review is basically when they open your file for the first time (for first assessment) after giving it a file number and sending the AOR which comes after about 10 to 12months after the AOR. When they say its in que to be reviewed, means they have already done the initial assessment and sent letters about remedical, extra docs, pcc, etc and put on a bring forward date on the file to be reviewed on that day. So basically when they say its in que for initial review, it means the file is sitting in the storage and havn't been touched after getting transfered to the office. Hope it helps...

Hi All

Just wondering if any Husbands received their PPR lately. I am into my 19 month since my husband's case has been forwarded to Islamabad we did the remedical in Feb 2010 and in May 2010 submitted the police certificate for the second time ever since then my case is in Background checks. It started in June 2009. Anyone who is close to my timeline please reply

Thanks
