LAST TIME WHEN I CHECK MY E-CASE STATUS ON CIC.CA,IT'S SAY'S THEY HAVE RECEIVED MED RESULT FROM NEW DEHLI,AND SOMEONE WILL CONTECT ME ABOUT THE DESICN,BUT THEY SEND ME MY PASSPORE THROUGH TCS,AND TCS GUY CHARGED ME RS320,,,,HERE IS MY TIME LINE Jan 18, 2010 CIC-M sponsorship approval letter received APRIL 28, 2010 CHC-ISB started processing Mar 02, 2010 AOR received along with supplementary information form Jun 28, 2010 Sent PCC Phone Call Records, nov 11, 2010 remedical and ppr REQUST RECEIVED 22 NOV I SEND THEM RE-MED AND MY PASSPORT 06 JAN2010 I RECIVED MY PASSPORT WITH VISA,VALID UNTIL 34 AUG 2011,THATS WHEN MY PASSPORT EXPIRE |

qamalik You may be wonder, but the objection is RUKHSATI [as we have advised them it will done upon her arrival],other wise as they had requested I have supplied them 65 pic's. ticket/boarding pass. Phon bills. Western Unions receipts. emails. chats. regular mail & cards with envelops. joint CAD financial statments.
letter from Canada revenue & tax. What else you think can I provide in addition to above except the matter of presenting myself in person with my wife in their office.
Medical & background is fine. It is RUKHSATI & shortage of co-habitation period probably the concern.
I may skip now winter university smester to save the family career. some bull*censored word* peoples had misutilized the system in past and now peoples like you & me are suffering family wise and career wise. I may go there for 2 wks. On the Canadian foreign afair website it is "Highly Alerted" avoid all travel to PKSTN. hehehe

Yes I heard about this story, is that true? JSN KNY should order deport order for three of them and life time BAN on them.
Friends. Its still not too late, going forward if you see a case like above or become aware of some fake marriage, report it to the Govt.
If we start doing it now may be in couple yrs it will build some good reputation in their minds about us or atleast it will release some of their fake marriage stress and also peoples will be afraid to take this step. This will be good for all of us in future.
Atleast I will keep my eyes open now and will not hesitate to report.

One 2 ka 4: Yarr, Sorry to hear that those idiots are still not convinced. I emailed CHC-I couple of days back; but haven't heard anything from them yet. I will definitely share once they get back to me. Hoping for the best at the moment and leaving the rest to Allah.
