I hope everything works out for you one2 ka 4...
i have a question guys ....i emailed chc-isb and got a reply from them that the had mailed my AOR ...which i didn't get.they asked me in the email to download ,fill n send the supplementary form.should i ask them to send me another AOR ?is there anything important in there ?
also could you please tell what address do you send the mail to chc-isb ?the address on their website has a
p.o.box and TCS say they don't deliver to p.o.box.....

IMO RUKHSATI is the biggest proof of legit wedding. Also doesn't it clearly stats in the application that one must submit Rukhsati picture and proof. I'm sure your wife can go in with justification and future plan on when and where Rukhsati will take place. And maybe they will put your file on hold (without closing) until proper requirement are met on your behalf.
Also if I remember there was some on here who only did the Nika and he/she got the objection letter as well put his/her file on hold until Rukhsati was completed and received visa couple of months after.
Or maybe just maybe you pissed them off by talking so much *censored word* about them here and by sending too many email and proof of this and that but not what they were looking for (jokes)

Style. You are right I think he/she is not visiting the forum since they have obtain the VISA.
Also an active memebr "JKSHOP" has the same situation but he has not heard anything from CHC yet. may be he didnt send the email yet.

Friends. I will review the CAIPS notes [already ordered] to see what is the objection. But let say if it is RUKHSATI and also let say if during the interview they also show the RUKHSATI concern.
If my wife provide the full valid justification during the interview that why we didnt have rukhsati at that time and this is our plan is going to be. What do you guys think chances are VO will be conveinced.
Its too bad I have already enrolled at university for winter courses and now found this, Final exam will be finishing on April 12 and than I am free and can go back. As they have mentioned interview letter wont be issued untill Feb for sure atleast for now.
Not sure what step should I take. Hoping if they can give me time untill April 12 will be appreciated.
howdy lol.........that is funny ......Coz of Rooksati they are doing all this ....... well if i wod be u .... i wod take 5 .... 6 printed cards and i wod say ......... i did not do it coz i think my wife should stay at her parents house till she is legally allowd by high school graduates and they finilize her visa ...........coz its safe ... and i would hav suggested them that they should book .... Srina hotel isb and one person one room allowed ....... so we will do rooksati there.....and they can put a flag there saying future canadianz.....I think you should suggest them ....... lol if ur common law ovr here ( been living without marrige with a gal for 1 year & same billing addresses ) they are satisfied that you are couple and u can claim taxes .... here u invite hundrads of people on marriage and giv them pics ... they dont believe ....... but guys wotever the case is no worries ...... we are Pakistaniez so that is expected due to our fed up politicians who did not get us atleast at a respectable level.....so they know wot ever we do this nation would not say anything ....... but again no worries ...... ITS ONCE IN LIFE TIME PROCESS ......I dont blame them as well ......coz people out of us are involved in activities .........so wot do they do ..... they have to protect ....... they canot make it like Pakistan ovr here .............. but definately with rooksati part i dont agree at all ..........security ..... definately all of us want to be safe first .......and our kids.................. |
