I am in Canada & i am sponsoring my wife, yah her medical is done before i applied for her
here is time line for my wife processing

Sponsoring spouse form pakistan
10-28-09 -Application sent to CPC-M
10-29-09 -Application received by CPC-M
11-16-09 -Sponsorship Approved by CPC-M
11-19-09 -transfered to visa centre ISB
02-01-10- AOR received

Application sent to cpc - m July 2009
Application Approved as sponsership September 2009
App. Rcd in Islamabad - September 2009
App. started in Process - October 2009
AOR RCD - January 2010

well dude time period mentioned in my AOR is 9 months(bold) but frankly I don't believe in that I have all the hopes to get it earlier My medical was done in Feb '10 and yes it would expire in Aug Sep '10 i guess. Well lets see what comes our way

It is Stated as

8. Did you serve in militia, army, defense or police unit?
    Yes__  N0__
If no, please explain:___________________________

I think that it should be "If yes, please explain" like general questioning methodology.
anyways not being an over smart I would answer according to whats written in question

any comments or experience?

actually medical expire usually in one year .....

for supplementary information form ... i checked ...... if u hav not done any militia or army services then you have to write no ....... and the reason u can write that service not required in pakistan ....... 


usualllly in some countries army course is compulsory like iran ...... afghanistan ...... and in pakistan its not necesssary and compulsory ... so u can write that ......... "" service is not compulsory in Pakistan ""

that is only my suggestion but u know better what best suits for u .....

dont feel hesitation for further assistance .........

What i read on posts above is some people got the supp form which requires travel and milirary information. I am a Pakistani but i applied in UAE. If you open UAE regional guide, it has all these forms that ISB embassy has sent.

Ok dude I just found something relevant. Supp form I got asks the same questions with same text as in the form mentioned below (URL).
The only difference I could see is of formatting

AOR usually mentioned that ïf you have not submitted the supplementary information form  then u have to send otherwise no need to send coz may b u have already sent with the file .......

secondly usually CHC - ISB always send supplementary information form with AOR, if they require so please check the documents that have u sent already or not .........

When i submitted Application there was no any Supplementary information form, in AOR they mentioned to send it not sent before, but it was not there in the envelope, Now i am downloaded it form net and sending it To CHC - Islam
