It DOES NOT have to cerified...
there is no use of CAIPS before interview .. its only requested if there is an interview to see what is they will ask in the interview.... and otherwise its a blank document with all the codes with no information on it ......Rest is up to you to request for it or not ...... |

2nd january it'll be 14 months If they take that much time ...... can u really not do anything .... like can u sue them for it ....... if it incase damages ur relationship some how .........  ? any ways u hav to being in notice to them of ur rights some how ......... |

In cic website the status of my wife changed from in process to in review..... Islamabad started in process on the 6th of July
They finally started my file Woot

Neither did mine....Still says "in process" for my wife's Here is what I just got from CHC-Islamabad. Dear Client,
This is in response to your email (see below).
Your application is currently in process and is in queue to for initial review.
We thank you for your patience and for keeping your correspondence to a minimumI applied in January 2010, and Islamabad started processing in March, since then they havn't even looked at it yet. Very sad and depressing  |

Hi Desi_Canadian welcome to the forum yes u can contact them anytime it's ur right for CHC Islamabad only by fax or email if ur spouse in Canada he/she can contact immigration via the phone to find out abt ur application also still u can check ur application status on ecas using ur file number or client Id or receipt number whatever u have at: www.cic.gc.ca below CHC Islamabad contacts infos: Contact the Visa and Immigration section
