hello one2ka4 ..

brother I am just curious, if we have a sound/voice option in this chat and how to use it ??

Not sure which chat or messenger you are referring to. If you are referring to this forum chat option than I am sorry I have never use it. May be my buddy Maximus or someone else can assist.

No No they send it to Canadian Address and you have to pay $5 Dollars for this.  Are u getting sponsored from your husband? If yes then he should send these documents and they will send the CAIPS to him after 30-40 days

whats the use of CAIPS??? visa will come when they want and when our time will come....does caips help in sumthing?

Thanks man well it doesn't help in anything besides knowing the actual status of the application and if everything is allright.

Yes it doesn't help to get the case process faster. But it tells u on which stage ur case is and what immigration officer thinks about ur marriage relationship...it also helps to identify why the immigration officer wants to interview the applicant or why they think the marriage is proxy etc

No Maximus i'm sponsoring my husband but i'm in Pakistan right now.

CAIPS will only be issued to you if you are living in Canada.  Otherwise, you have to have them released to someone living in Canada.  For that, you need to ensure you sign and submit the proper authorizations.

You can just print the request form online at:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563B.pdf

"Authority to Release Personal Information" http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5475E.pdf form.  Include it with the "Access to Information Request" form.

Send both of these forms and a cheque for $5 payable to the Receiver General of Canada to:

Hello there,

I'm just too worried and wonders if anyone here can help me out. I live in Pakistan and got married to a Canadian citizen in Dec 2008. My husband applied for my immigration in July 2009 and the file was sent to Canadian embassy Islamabad where they started processing it on 19 Aug 2009.

It is now Dec 2010 and no satisfactory response has yet been received though more than 16 months have already elapsed. Every time my husband contacts the MP there in Canada regarding the matter, he gives different dates telling us that your case shall be reviewed on that date but no such thing happened yet. Moreover, when ever me or my husband directly contacts the embassy to inquire about the status of application they just say its under process and in queue for an interview. It has already been 16 months. I ‘m way too frustrated now.

Last week when my husband contacted the MP again he says that the embassy has put away our file aside due to some security issues. I just dont understand what security issues could possibly be? I just want to be with my husband !!

can anyone guide me as to how long will it take more? what does security issues mean?

please reply me fast
