they told me that my wife over stayed in pakistan bcs she was pr holder not a citizen,,we went for apeal ,,, and apeal was refused ,,,we start it over in dec 2009,,by the way my med was expired in aug 2010,,,,,,,,
& mine will b expire in this December any advice ?  |

thanks wes786,,, it is my second sponsor application,,first one was refused back in 2007,,i have been waiting for visa sincne agesssssssssssssss  hey ,,,kha

& mine will b expire in this December any advice ? wait for the letter, becuase some of the applicants havn't received remedical requests even after waiting for 3 - 4 months so I would wait for the letter. My wife's medical expiers in Jan so I hope we hear something soon... |

Supp form was received with AOR, that was filled and sent right away, then I visited my wife in June so we voluntarily sent, photos, proof of visit, updated email inbox and phone call logs. We havn't heared anything after March 24th. I ordered my CAIPS notes and it had no info in it except that they have received all the documents but no progress on file. Her medical expires in January. |

On average its taking between about 3 to 6 weeks. And, because you had the remedical request aswell they will need to assess the results before issuing the VISA. They are still probably waiting for the medical results. |
