i am fedup with this immigration process. It has been more than 13 months now and still no response from the CHC-ISB. People say that processing wife's visa doesn't take long .... but its not true in my case i don't know what to do? MPs are not a big help they just tell you what you can already see on the e-case or the same reply as of the Immigration section.....Anybody know if any wife was issued an immigation visa falling in the october 2009 category

WELL my file was in que to be reviewed in april 2010 and still no reply.... so i think they havent even touched ur file yet.....
but having said tht ur reply also includes a time of 3 weeks ...so lets hope ur file gets processed faster..

So your case is struck there. Secondly your marriage is genuine in eyes of CIC because CIC go for background checks once they make decision regarding your marriage. The BFD date on your case is after 3 weeks....just check after 3 week and Inshallah ur background check will be completed.

July 6th: They received my application
August 8th: They requested me to done my medical
Sept 7th : Sponsorship approved
Sept 9th: They sent my application to Singapore
Feeling your spouse submitted incomplete application and CHC I Asking you step by step fee also not paid yet ! |
