Well.. a husband got visa on the other forum! Their application had started in Jan 2009 and it was an Afgani case  Yeah Congratulation to her..I also have been informed that my background check is completed..... |

Hi,
Just to update everyone:
Review date of my wife case was August 28, 2010. Last week my MP office told me that it has been brought forwarded to Nov. 03, 2010. But still waiting for letter from CHC, Islamabad. I couldn't understand why they they brought forwarded without reviewing on August 28? They are Reluctantly delying the case.
What can we do maximum ( Sue etc. or not for this )?

hey salaam i thought i start to ask everyone in this forum how long are you still waiting to hear a response after remedical. i know it varies case by case but mainly those who have been waiting longer than the time it should take and what you guys think is the reason for the delays. I heard that once remedical is done they usually issue the ppr because it is the last stage of the process if iam not mistaken. Anyway your thoughts are welcomed. Ill share mine wife did remedical in the beginning of august 2010 and now its gonna be 4 months and waiting still.

I dont know sister maybe there still doing background checks on my wife but how could that be I emailed them 2 weeks ago and got a reply file in queue for review so i guess they still havent reveiwed anything. Inshallah i hope some news comes this month. May allah make it easy on all of us |

Did you noticed Jason kenney I'd getting fatter and fatter!!! Anyways just to say from the previous post..... it's true and I agree that mr kenney is only changing policy and to many changes lead to failure I will never vote for him I'm afraid he may block spousal one day or maybe pull the plug off and it's true all he's been doing is economy plans I didn't know he was that interested in treasury maybe that's where he belong not in immigration What do you guys say?? Did anybody check recently updated his pic's on the CIC website home page, he look tired & confused. |

really 4months after re-med...  i heard tht it doesnt take much longer after re-med........ my hubby got re-med done about a month ago but didnt hear anythng from CHC-isb after that...still waiting hopefully soon.... inshaAllah !! |

CONGRATS!!!!! Took exactly 12 months (10 and a half after AOR) and its a female case WOW finally hear some good news after so long. So you received PPR a week after your remadical request?? Or is that supposed to be Nov 22??? Just clarify please becuase people here are waiting for 3 - 4 monnths after remadical and no updates still. |
