I dont think background check is done. if it was why would they ask for police certificate, background declaration form etc etc? I always thought they start the background check after they receive the updated police certificate.
but congratulations Maya!!! just a lil bit more wait and you are done!!!

My wife also did the re-medical on Oct 30. No answer yet, but tomorrow (Friday) given 45 days response time will be completed.

I hate these processing times and this whole process!
I've been keeping myself busy with school and work.. I'm glad to say that being busy and out of the house for 12 hours each day is a good way of keeping my mind off all this bullsh*t.
I still miss my hubby, but keeping my mind off all this stuff is helping me from stressing too much.

I have also experienced that its more stressful when I come to this site and read about different people from different part of the world and what they are going through and different situations people face. The more you stay away from this site the better it feels! Just me..
YEAH .. I AGREE wid u n wesa........ this site is quite disappointing , n v shld n mind dat ppl who r hAVING DELAYS N PROBLEMS IN THIER CASES... come up here for help.....n those ppl u get throught easily , wont even bother to logg inn n plug in their dates........... so chill... n relax.... n pray....n DOoo shoppin ............... |

sent updated PCC, forms and some additional proof of my husband visits including boarding passes tickets and pics to CHC isb. time given for submission was 45 days but i sent within 32 days. re-medical also done. now dnt know how much time is left

No one is getting visa I don't get it is it really controlled I spoke to my Aunty again and even her she's surprised that visa are not being issued for anyone..
I went to many forums and no one I mean no one got any visa WTF is going on

Yes you are right as I mentioned at this time they are intend either to pause or put a break to slow the process as the economy is not out from recession and Govt budget is in deficit. OR may be they already met the 2010 wifes visa given quata for PKSTN.
Now wait for 2011.

Even if the Economy is bad and the government budget is in deficit, that doesn't mean the spousal visa's should put on hold. They are just taking
their sweet time, as they drink coffee or tea and yapping with each other and not doing what they are suppose to be doing. Their wives and
children are not the one suffering, and how would they know how we feel and what we go through. Canada is not the same as it used to be. I've
been in this country for the past 28 years and canada had a very good reputation and now forget it, the Government is so stupid and ignorant
they just don't know how to handle everything and they are just doing what USA is doing. Jason Kenney is changing so many rules and regulations
in the Immigration Department and no one can perdict what he will do next. I always read news and find out that he is against muslim people and
who knows what he is going to do. Lets just hope for the best and please everyone don't think negative always think positive.

Did you noticed Jason kenney I'd getting fatter and fatter!!! Anyways just to say from the previous post..... it's true and I agree that mr kenney is only changing policy and to many changes lead to failure I will never vote for him I'm afraid he may block spousal one day or maybe pull the plug off and it's true all he's been doing is economy plans  I didn't know he was that interested in treasury maybe that's where he belong not in immigration What do you guys say?? |
