Hmmmmmmmmmmm no dear nothing at all i submitted my services details which they asked me on 12th october 2009 n that was last contact then i sent them emailsquite a time n once they replid that ur case is IN PROCESS .......now 3 week back my wife contacted her MP in montreal canada n he told them that my case is in background checks wo we shud wait till 21 april 2010 n if no news till then contact again ................. thats all
okay Thanks for the reply... but one more question... do you have the # for Montreal I can contact them if its possbible if you can get it for me thanks so much |

Contact ur MP n he/she can tell u after confirming from embassy on ur case ....... or get CAIPS Notes i would recommend CAIPS NOTES they gives u insight picture of ur case n if u r in canada then its totall freeeee as wel if u further need help on this topic cimple write CAIPS NOTES in googlen u will get all details ok tc AH
okay... thanks.. but how do I do this cause I am lost I went to the website so I have to download that form and fill it out and then fax it to them or what?  |

Hi Everyone!
I gone through different Immigration Forums, I noticed one very interesting thing, 80 to 90%, Delayed and Problematic Family Sponsorship Cases with CIC-I are those where Sponsor is WIFE...
I do not know what is the reason behind it, There is something wrong, There can be a reason, in Canada things are very calculated and under continues observation Intentionally or Un intentionally, I been to different part of Canada, GUYS & GALLS please do not mind but I am just revealing the truth, I meat lot of people form Pakistani Community - Diverse Rate is more between Couples where SPONSOR was WIFE.. May be due to Cultural and Social miss match, there are lots of reasons, cannot discuss everything here....
So this thing is surly under Canadian Govt. Observation, and this could be the main factor for delay in Sponsorship cases where SPONSOR is Wife...
It's my Personal Opinion, Could be Wrong....

Really... what are they telling you... and why is it taking so long... well I hate this processing its making me depressed and my husband is like so mad he tells me to go and live with him... just cant wait to be with him again I miss him so much.. and isnt it like they are keeping us apart and its not good for the health cause of too much tension and depression... lol well it is the truth I am praying all the time to soon see my husband again... I am going crazy... I will pray for u too take care |

okay so I did go on that website and I live in Canada I had to pay $150 U.S money for the entire file... I have no idea if I did the right thing or what.. |

I am going to join to queue as well InshaAllah next week sent everything to my wife but stupid DHL did not deliver the package now she will have to pick it up from DHL and submit any idea guys what will be safe from BC to CPCM what options Canada post provide?
