Medical results are not sent to ISL they all go to New Delhi because the head quarter is located there and that's where they have all the records. New Delhi then updates their internal database and that's where ISL get the medical updates from. CHC-ISL don't get the actual medical results.

I use G3 telecom from Canada which costs me $0.07/min. My wife calls me from there as well using ZONG which cost RS 2.00/min.
