I am sponsering my wife and recently I send voluntary some documents like latest pay stubs, bills etc. to Islamabad. I wrote her file number, her date of birth and my client ID. Is this info is enough for them ? Please assist.

Yep my cousin received the same request and he is a January AOR. Seems like they are sending these to all the applicants starting from January 2010. tanhayi, is this a female case or a male case for you? |

Under the privacy act sending your personal chat log or personal email for immigration proof is at you will.. But if an officer ask you for a proof of chat log or personal email is illigal and you are entitled to join the class action lawsuit against Canada immigration...

if you have a enterview you may request the IM office to have the convo recorded it's your right..
For female sponsored you have the right to have the presence of a Female IM with you or to enterview you...
You have the right of you attorney to be present during your enterview...

Salaam, Dear can u plz tell me that whan did u make ur previous PCC & did u send them updated voluntarily before or not? and y they are asking abt ur university transcript & the copy of PR fee didn't u submit them before with ur original application ? Thanks |
