just rec'd a call from my MP they did my first prelimnary review and list of objections...........
some IMM 08
Schedule 1 Supplmentary information
Updated police clearance certificate
Additional information (including pict) to show relationship is bonafide
and RUKHSATI...............

well Rukhsati is already done in June 10.....the other stuff i will have to gather and talk to my lawyer
Yet the interesting thing is my lawyer has not receive anything yet and they did this review on October 25, 2010 after whole year has been lapsed..........

Asking again as no one has answered before:

I want to ask few questions:

1. From which courier service does CHC-I send out letters?
2. What happens if the mailman can not find the address in Pak?
3.  Does applicant has to receive the letters or anyone at home at that time can receive?

Just received my CAIPS notes today and its of not much help.
All I got from it is that they received all the extra documents that my wife sent i.e supplemantary information form, supporting letter and docs (after I visited my wife in summer)

Medical results: received and assessed but only valid until Jan 2011

Last time the file was opened in Apr 2010, and its been sitting in the storage area since then...
