I want to ask few questions:

1. From which courier service does CHC-I send out letters?
2. What happens if the mailman can not find the address in Pak?
3.  Does applicant has to receive the letters or anyone at home at that time can receive?
Please advice
Thanks

Salaam to all,

Have been following you guys for a long time. Surely this is very helpful forum.
My wife is sponsoring me, she being canadian citizen. (first cousin Smiley)
We had In Process since 06 November 2010, and no word since then till 26th Oct 2010 i got a letter from Islamabad for ReMedical (Medical expired on 21 August 2010). Going to get it done today.
Question: When would they ask for Re-PCC? OR do they even ask for it since I assume that has expired t
So +1 to Male cases.
Inshallah would get through soon.
Thanks all.

In my case just stuck with the RUKHSATI objection letter from them. I have talked with 3 different lawyers and all they said send the proof you have and write the reason why you didnt have rukhsati.

Any idea's,past experiance you guys want to share. I am taking my time before I finalize anything on this.

Keep your 30 days time limit in mind as well as consider delays in the mail delivery services too Smiley  Don't wait until the last minute.

Hey guys,

I am thinking of visiting my wife and pretty much wind up everything in Canada until she receives her visa (even quit my job).....I am tired of this waiting game.

One 2 ka 4, i have no clue what i should recommend you, but i think you should go and have a little small rukhsati if you can....not many people pretty much family side and khandan wale and good to go....have you tried talking to some lawyer Green, heard they are pretty good yet they charge for talking over the phone...

^ Don't lose hope.
That article sounds great!
In addition, someones MP from the other forum told her that CHC is going to finish up the backlog cases from 2008 and 2009 by December-January. So exciting! We will be with our spouses very soon InshAllah Smiley
