12 to 15 months? are you serious? what the heck? what i knew from experience of closed ones was 6 to 8 months at MAX..what the heck is going on? =s
I kindda believe in the 15 - 24 months timeline for Male applicants. My case is the most straight forward there can be. Its my first marriage.. I am a Canadian Citizen. I have a daughter from the same wedlock who is also a Canadian Citizen. My husband has no mililary, political background. He has lived in the same city, same house, same area all his life. I have been waiting for my husband's immigration for the last 18 months. We have already done remedical and re submission of police certificate..Still nothing!!! I have inquired from many places. For husbands its taking much longer then Wives. So all the wives out there.. be patient!!! Its gonna take time. I am not trying to scare anyone!!! but If there is any husband who has recieved his Visa please let me know. Any application filed after June 2009 |

Well don't worry guys.. with the new additional staff at CHC, the 2009 backlog will be over VERY SOON INSHALLAH  Then they can FINALLY look at the 2010 cases by early 2011 lol InshAllah! |

i m also 2010 aplicant and islmbd gv me 9 mnths and nw 4th mnth start...
plz help me if u hv idea abt when they will ask me 4 pasport and send my documents back to me.......
bcz some1 told that if they gv 9 mnths they will cmlt the case in 6 mnth.....wat u say abt this?

Thats just a general letter. That "9 months" was the case in 2008 and it has not been 9 months for last year's applicants. So hang in there.....

Wating4u. But I have received a RUKHSATI objection letter also last week [10/21] and need to proof that the marriage is genuine and also PCC request, and now re-medical on 10/28
PCC will be ready on 11/04 so will send that plus the letter for RUKHSATI obejction. Sending medical may be in another 3 week depend what appointment date my wife will get.

Hey guys ....my husband and i went to india trip few months ago, and i have a boarding pass and some pictures to send the immigration to ensure that we are in contact....should i send a copy of boarding pass or original one?? or doesnt matter?  plz let me know thanks! |

NICE one 2 ka 4......you are really lucky....NOW with remedical update you should be relaxed, real soon your wife will be here.... Man i haven't heard anything on my case and medical has expired for the past two months with no update.... |
