How long did it take you to get the notes I sent the forms on Sept 24th and still waiting...

what is military service exemption certificate in the supplementary form
Military exemption certificate is for people who have worked in armed forces. They have to take a letter from armed forces that they are not on duty now |

Below are the comments mentioned on my CAIPS:
First Marriage of Primary Applicant and Sponsor. Primary Applicant holds MBA Degree and is working as
Assistant Manager Market since Jun 08.
Sponsor was present at the marriage and after marriage they have lived together and cohabited. Marriage is
geniune wedding picture shows all the events of marriage largely attended by the extended families also provided
some post wedding pictures as a couple and with the group, couple in their normal dresses and looks at comfort level
For Proof Sponsor and Primary Applicant has provided phone bills which shows that both talk to each other for 4-6
hours on daily basis via phone. Also couple has made a website where they upload their pictures and there are 400
pictures of couple on the website.
Conclusion: Marriage and on going spousal relationship is geniune

maximum391 I believe you sent it from Toronto to Ottawa. i.e. Less transit time for the mail. Wes786 I guess you are from Alberta , so you can add couple more days. Hopefully by Friday or Monday you should get them. |

hi every 1.
here is my time line.
case send to islamabad embassy march 2010
processing start in islamabad in April 02,2010
addition information send to embassy april 15, 2010
stil no response from embassy.
im confused about the time line, they said there r 4 steps in immigration
1) in process
2) with draw
3) decesion made
4) complete.
they already took 7 month in process step, hpow much they take in other 3 stages. any update

These are just the types of status updates you will see on E-Cas these are not the immigration steps. Its taking on average 12 - 16 months for the whole process for female cases and 15 to 24 for male cases. Applicants from 2009 are still waiting so be paitient |

12 to 15 months? are you serious? what the heck? what i knew from experience of closed ones was 6 to 8 months at MAX..what the heck is going on? =s

Not any more.....Applicants who applied mid 2009 have either just got their Visa or are still waiting. These timelines are just an average that its taking from the application sent to CPC-Mis. Some get lucky I have seen a few cases where they got VISA after 8-9 months...So you never know. Applicants who applied between Spetember to December 2009 are starting to get letters now, whether its regarding remedicals, or extra documents or whatever it is.
