Interesting, i am still waiting, mind you i applied back in August 09 and her medical has expired now, haven't rec'd a single query on my case. applied for my wife. |

So what happend before when I said another wife received re-medical request. You think I was lying  Anyway chalo achi baat hy yaqeen aya. I gave you 1 good rating click. It is their normal routine to ask for re-medical & PCC when it is about to expire, in this wife case Medical is expiring on Oct 24. Many members here submitt re-medical 3-4 months ago and still waiting for the update. My spouse still have 20 days to go for medical expiration lets see. |

Hey guys...i need some advice from you....My sponsoring my hubby from Islamabad...his case started processing on march 2009 and had an interview on september 2 2010. My hubby and I went to India trip in March 2010, we took pictures, we have Indian Visa's in our passports, and my boarding pass ticket ( but my husband lost his boarding pass after he got home from India, but he has India visa on his passport) , do you think it's a good idea if I send my boarding pass ticket, some pictures from india, and our copy of visa's to the immigration Islamabad to help them insure that we are still in contact? Or should I just wait until we hear them? haven't heard from them since interview letter being sent to us on september 2 2010.

My spouse still have 20 days to go for medical expiration lets see. thanks and best of luck 2 u ....hope some good news coming ur way within 20 days.... but in my case , medical and PCC both r expired and they never requested me to re submit... tell me is there any way to track the documents whether recieved by CHC or not as i have read that usually mails dnt deliever on PO addresses...and i m worried even dnt remember the address that i had written on the envelop |

You can send an email to them to confirmt he received of documents on your file. Few members have done the same and CHC replied back to their email that the additional documents will be placed on your file. OR the other option is send the documents through registered mail and than track it online to wheter is delived or not and signed for to receive the documents.

Hello everyone,
My wife got a letter from CHC-I stating that your marriage seems fake... and you have 40 days to provide more evidence to CHC-I in order to prove your on-going relationship...
Previously, we submitted:
1. Wedding photos (18+)
2. Email Inbox snapshots (Message subjects etc...)
3. Skype call snapshots
4. Phone bills (using the services that I use here in Canada etc)
Now... what? What should I give them as proof?
