i sponsored my husband in dec7 2009/ case was transferd to Islamabad pakistan on january 2010..got a letter from them saying process started on january 26. 2010 saying 9 month period...since then hv'nt got any letter from them,.. medicall is gona expire soon!  Missing my hubby!!!!!!!!! |

It is a big surprise to see that you have a exact same time line & date what is mine I did applied on Dec 7/2009 and case transfered to ISLBD on Jan 11/2010 and case started processing on January 25.2010 Same thing on my side it is dead story since after,however I did send some additional doc's on Sep 16,2010 but the good news is they have started processing Dec 09 cases at ISLBD. Please do let me know if you hear anything and I will inform you aswell If I hear anything. Cheers |

Just an update from my lawyer.... MY file is in queue to be reviewed and keep all correspondences to a minimum level.......Again applied back in august 09, approved me in october 11, 09 the file started in ISB around 2nd week of Nov 09.....and still waiting.....  I guys i will have to wait a bit more..... |

I am waiting for my wife, There is a member on the other forum his wife has received re-medical request on Oct 1 this saturday he mentioned on the forum.
I think that is normal procedure as soon as a document get expired they send you the letter to re do it, I belive my wife medical will expire on Oct 14 & PCC will expire on Nov 12 or otherwaya round.
So may be she will receive re-medical & re-PCC request soon. Who ar u sponsering and when is the doc's expiry date.are you in GTA

U mentioned they have started processing case for dec 2009... mine was dec 17th (at islb) and another person mentioned here tht his case started whose timeline is exactly the same as urs...
U mentioned tht someone's wife got remedical request on Oct1st... whts his timeline? We would like to know plz...

Have they started processing files that were applied in Dec 09 or transferred to CHC-Islamabad in Dec 09??? |

Speak with ASIMKHAN yesterday on phn and did welcome him, He is really a nice person I will take him to TIM Hurton for a cup of coffee with me he is living cloce to my location.
