mmian -- i didnt mean to be rude honey  no offence! ... i do require your input ..my fountain of knowledge  CHC ;she is from pakistan and has the same religion. How do i convince them that not every marriage takes place with parent's consent LOL .... isnt it something obvious? i mean ppl do get married without parents' consent.... now here is my dilemma... she is not ready to move here...and if we get married and i am denied the visa ...i'd be Royally *censored word*ed.... first by the ambassy..then the family for not listening to them..and then by my future wife.... it would be a crazy situation. so i been thinkng about applying under federal skilled worker class and see how it goes... i can make 69 points ...and put the marriage on hold for six months until i find out if am getting the visa or not. if nothing works we'd be planning to move to another place...prolly Dubai...or somewhere lol |

ITS OKAY Pow_ WOW here is the think...how are you guys planning on getting married??? is she going to come to pak and you guys are going to get a court marriage or over the phone?  because if she is going to come to pak for the marriage you can take ALOT OF PICS together and take some pics with her and your friends just not your family....i think that would still be convincing but if youa re doing it over the ohone than i don't think you have a strong case |

than pow-wow you don't need to have family present it makes your case stronger but never the less if you take lots of pics together in different places....and make you get alot of pics with her, you and your friends....you should be okay....send copies of emails you guys write each ther, etc you should be okay
