Thats wrong brother if u have any new proofs like pics or phone billes ....ect u should send them voluntarily don't wait for embassy to ask u it is a + for ur application and it makes immigration officer work easier that shows that ur relation is stronger with more proofs

I say def send more proof. It even says in the AOR to send in proof of communitcation etc voluntarily.

I believe showing them desperation wont do any harm .... atleast it shows hw genuine ur relationship is . Showing more concern and more proofs is not a crime . Sending some updated info voluntarily and asking for update after a couple of months should not bother them. Besides watever we are discussing and believing is only based on assumptions .
