Hi amm, good luck with receiving your passport back!! My hubby send his passport on 7th of feb and still no word about it! Some people get it within one week and some suffer longerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! please answer me

Brother lahore, still nothing! I did send them an email more than a week ago but still no respond! I couln't take it so I went to MP on Monday and she said "you will receive it any day now, but if you don't then at the end of the month let me know so I inquire about it"! It is way too much and not fun at all! I'm so extreamly worried. but for my wifey I'm the most handsome guy on this earth  muje choro sis you tell me...hubby's passport back with visa??? |

Onces the background checks r done it goes straight to decision making officer all the files depends on that if it takes longer that means back grounds check r not done yet and this apply to all files if the case is complicated the back grounds checks take longer time it depends for example for people who did reside overseas more than 6 months it takes longer cause u need to provide PCC from that country some people resided in so many countries for those ones it takes longer time though. Me and my sister contacted MP yesterday to know the status of our spouses`s sponsorship application and we got the following replies today from islamabad:
My Case ( wife case ) - Apr 2010 AOR :
Greetings from Islamabad,
Thank you for your e-mail below. This application is currently in process and is in queue to be reviewed by an immigration officer. Unfortunately, at this point in time, a date of finalization can not be communicated.
Your representations in this case have been noted and will be taken into consideration when the application is reviewed.

Sister`s case ( Husband Case ) - June 2010 AOR :
Greetings from Islamabad,
Thank you for your e-mail below. This application is currently in process and is in queue for initial review. Currently applications created in Mar/Apr 2010 are in process for initial assessment. I think Immigration Officer review the file and if something is missing or expired or needs to be updated he sends us the request letter for tht and once everything is complete including the background checks , they forward the file to the decision making officer who assess the file and decides for interview/PPR/disapproval . Any word on tht ??
