hey like i said my file was in bakground checks since april 2010.. dec was the last i inquired n the reply i got was background chexk is underway for this application... now in feb 2011..i got a reply tht the file is in que to b reiviewd and the updates forms request has been sent... |

Don't worry, if they asked you to refill those forms and make sure you check your forms from before maybe you guys left some of the parts empty and make sure you write everything correctly and also do you know the status of your application?
Seems like after your husband send these papers in, insha allah they will ask you guys to do the remedical and PPR togeather. Don't worry. I have feeling that you might be hearing something from the embassy this week.

jab kafi gap ajata hai b/w applicant and embassy main tu woh again sari updated stuff asked kartey hain mere sath while sab k sath aesa hi hua hai |

my boss is a canadian citizen too he told me aapki wife wahan canada main jitna shor karey gi us k husband ka kaam utna hi jaldi hoga r u citizen there ? |

this is the reply i got in december....n then i got the requested formmmss in feb....so background checks r over yet or not??
