Here is my time line my wife sponserd me nov26 2007 recive letter from missuesaga 19dec2007 chc isb started processing jan 16 2008 interview date 16 sep 2008 refusal letter 19 oct 2008 filed appealed march 3rd 2009 hearing date 16 nov 2009 the same day the appeal was allowed recive approval letter dec 4th 2009 after that so many times we contacted isb embassy asked for our process every time they replied that they have not our file yet in july 2010
again i emailed and they replied that we have started processing your case in july but again when i asked again in aug 2010 they said we have not got your file yet from appeal bord after all that in oct 2010 they sent a letter requesting some updated info in 45days and pcc request with that letter my wife visited me in dec2010 she email them again regarding processing our case we got reply on nov24 2010 that they are sending remedical in coming days in jan 2011 i got remedical letter now still waiting for ppr if anyone know about what usually happens after remedical plz let me know it will be really appreciate

Hi guys,

I just wrote to the embassy that my daughter's first birthday is coming up on March the 11th 2011. Let see what they do. I think islamabad has picked up their speed and insha allah brother maxium391, brother knaeem, marya238 and myself ofcourse we should all be hearing good news within the next couple of days. Tomorrow is Friday let see who is the lucky one to hear from the embassy, or may be all of us will get the PPR letter.

Feel very sad to read what happend to you... in apeal cases normaly people get their PPR right after re-medcals.. so your hard time is over now brother.... you will be getting PPR very soon inshaAllah.. I hope and pray for you cuz you have gone through a very hard time... Allah behtar karay gaaa

the officer was very rude to me in initial of interview i dont know why while we were met first time and my case was going properly even he didnt tell me his name he asking me many Question and only typing in the laptop i dont know wat he typed after some time he told k mainey apki boht sari tareef likh di hai apne pas or apka agar medical expire hone wala hai tu hum doobara behjen gain but after one month unho nay letter behja or likha k my marrig is not genuine i surprised bcoz mera interview bilkul theek hua tha main boht disheart hua but ALLAH nay himmat di hui hai ab tak yahan tak pauchaya hai agey bhi help kareyga wahi meri request hai sab k liye sab boht dua karen thnx knaeem for asking

that's really bizzare, took three years!! any reason why they did that to u?? And wat did they tell u in the appeal process??

my appeal was allowed by confirnce call the judge ask me some question and he allowed he said to me im very happy to ur answers and i approved here right now that ur marrige is genuine and u can proceeed to canada at that time my waife ask to the judge there in canada how long my husband can join me here he said in 6 to 8 months but hamarey isb embassy waley sust lazy sluggish mera pura year waste kardiya meri file ka pata nahi chalraha k kahan hai appeal bord nay next weak send kardi thi isb embassy but isb waley kehrahe they k hamen nahi mili i dont know why they palyed withus they dont have emotions

WHAT ....But why man. What was your situation if you don't mind sharing. Was the guy who interviewed you a Pakistani guy or Canadian. That to me sound very cruel and sound like typical Pakistani badmashi type. That's nasty for them to do this kind of behavior.

How long was the interview, what he they ask, you had it in English or interpreter. Please if you don't mind, because our case is in interview queue too, and this makes me very nervous.

So.
1. Explain your case (if you don't mind)
2. Name of visa officer
3. Type of questions
4. Length of interview
