Same here, my husband's case procees started on Nov 2009 and his remedical, police report everything is done and now the file is in Queue for the decision to be made. Guys i think they are really working on it. Insha allah we shall hear something good very soon from the embassy. I think may be end of this month or the next month they might clear the people who are waiting since 2009. So lets just pray to Allah and ask for help.
I have strong feeling that we should be hearing something from the embassy very soon.

I am also got my AOR in November 2009 and case has started on 7th November 2009.I just got PCC and IMM forms as you already know.

INSHALLAH soon I hope everyone of 2009 and 2010 applicant will get PPR and Medical request together.

Like most of you know i am Also noc 2009 AOR my hubbys re-med was done Dec2nd2010 they had already taken the re-pcc and supp form back in sept 2010..
His file is also in que to be reviewed by a immigration officer .. letsssss seeeeeeeeee

2010 People dont email the embassy too frequently, it makes a negative impact on the case. If you have a chance to review the application Caips notes the CHC-Isl keeps the complete record how many times you have mailed them and what they have replied.

just wondering...so when u say aor is that when YOU the sponsor rec'd the letter saying that ur file has been transfered to ISB  and when you say sept 15th is that the date that it says when u log into the cic website?

Well if that's the case then yeah you should consider sending your wife back to canada becasue this could be the big reason why they are not giving you the visa. Embassy thinks that if the sponsor is staying with you in paksitan and how do they know that you are serious about settling in Canada. I haven't seen my husband since sept 2009 and gave birth to a baby girl as well and my husband hasn't seen the baby either. Hoping that he will get the visa fast this way and i am sure my husband should be getting the visa by next month because my file is in the queue for the decision to be made. I spoke to my MP'S office and she said that is last step they have to do and hopefully end of next month my husband might be getting the visa. And for example if any of you are planning to go pakistan let the embassy know that you will be visiting your husband or wife for a month or so then you have to get back to work or something and tell the embassy that you would like to take your spouse with you and they might grant the visa then. Just try. There is no harm in trying this formula might work.
