I have noticed somthing... On cic website see Abu Dahbi Application process time is 25 Months and Pakistan application time is 16 month.. yet abu dahbi applicants gettig their PPR within 10 to 12 months and Pakistani's are in waiting for 18-20 months. What is this? See abu dhabi thread in this forum.... ppl getting their ppr.. Sad

Does anybody know if regular police stations offer fingerprinting services? My wife needs to get an RCMP police certificate since she was an international student in Canada. I know this is unique to my situation but would appreciate any information any of you may have.

Miksterz. Fingerprints can be taken on form C-216C at your local police station or private accredited fingerprinting agency.

Thanks for your response. I have already obtained the form but cannot find any information relevant to having the fingerprints taken in Karachi. Judging from some other posts I have come across the police don't have a clue. I can't find anything about a private fingerprinting company either.

Perhaps you should contact the CIC call center. They usually have some information. The contact number is 1888 242 2100. it doesnt hurt to try.
