Hello guys this is a first time posting a msg though i use to read ur posts only. Maximus913 it scares me it looks like everyones main income is from a bribes though. Having a job in such place or government job even if it's just security guard still got opportunity to make more money cause they got the power and the managers or the responsibles are there supporting such an act (cause they're a part of it) it's a shame really ........ 
hope to read some good news that people start having their PR inchaAllah. |

It has been reported that visa officials in Pakistan, Sri Lanka and India have reportedly asked for bribes even from couples that were able to demonstrate legitimate marriages to fast track their applications. i am fedup with this immigration process. It has been more than 13 months now and still no response from the CHC-ISB. People say that processing wife's visa doesn't take long .... but its not true in my case i don't know what to do? MPs are not a big help they just tell you what you can already see on the e-case or the same reply as of the Immigration section.....Anybody know if any wife was issued an immigation visa falling in the october 2009 category

Try contacting your mp...thtz true,writing mails doesn't help...but ur mp can inquire about your case..n the info provided by our mp has been authentic throughout my case..keep in constant touch with ur mp

Yes in the start of November i wrote email to CHC-ISL and they replied back by saying that re-medical will be issued once the background check is completed on your file.... The BFD case on my file was start of December and now my MP has inquired and he told me that background check is over and i will be receiving a letter from CHC-ISL in 1-3 weeks.
HEY THERE... can u tell me how did u contactd ur mp..... like i live in khi , so i hve to find mp of khi or , islmabad where my file is in process..... i ll b glad for ur help.... |

March 2009 - Husband applied April 2009 - Sponsorship Approved May 2009 - AOR Nov 2009 - They asked why have we not lived togehter and when will rukhsati will be done Nov 2009 - We mailed them we didnt live together since rukhsati wasnt done and its planned for march Dec 2009 - They asked to submit rukhsati AND honeymoon pictures Mar 2010 - We submitted Rukhsati and Honeymoon pictures Jul 6th 2010 - They asked to submit updated police certificates July 9th 2010 - we submitted July 12th 2010 - we received a letter to get my medical done again WOW.. MASHALLAH...GOOD TO SEE UR CASE....... MAY ALLAH BLESS U WID HAPPINESS... N aslo shower his blessing on me ..in form of my VISA....LOLZZZZ July 26th 2010 - Got my medical done July 28th 2010 - they sent letter that if i had done my medical i should send passport as visa seems to be ready for Issuance. August 31st 2010 - VISA STAMPEDD!!!!  :D (ALHAMDOLILLAH!) |

first of all where do you live? Which ever area you live in for example mississauga, brampton or any other city you have to contact the MP of t hat area where you live. Contact the city hall of your area they will assist you.

Thanxx alot..good luck for all those who r still waiting for their visas...ur husband needs to contact local mp of his area... Shaima i know wat a pain in head is this immigiration process..i completely understand ur situation..i ve gone through all this...just be patient n have faith..my case processing dates were like urs..i got my visa..n m here wid my hubby..so keep good examples in front of you n dont lose hope...may something good comes ur way real soon!!! |

What is this supplementary form people seem to get asked for when they receive the AOR? My wife is still waiting on the AOR but as far as I remember there was already a form contained in the application package called Supplementary form which we submitted.
