Character Certificate means PCC and supporting documents nothing specific anything which proof your relationship is genuine normal documents which everyone send them.

I have got email from CHC-ISB today and in that email they said that they gona send me letter and its on its way and it will be arrived shortly so please be petient..

File Approved and transferred to Isb Aug 2010.
I guess i have a long wait ahead of me.

I am in Pakistan and cant wait to get out of here as the situation as you all know is BAD. I think people from other countries are applying for many reason but from Pakistan only 1 reason ..SECURITY......i had to bribe to get police report, had to bribe to get my passport renewed, had to bribe to get my domicile .cant wait to be in a difficult but systamic society like my husband describes in canada.
DIFFICULT PAKISTANI AND PAKISTAN .GOD SAVE US FROM OUR OWN PEOPLE...AMEEN

Aoa,
My wife is sponsering me.she is in canada nw.it was only nikhah when she was in lahore pakistan.she went to canada after nikhah.

Processing started in 25th jan 2010 in Pakistan.

I received AOR on 3rd Feb. 2010.

There is no news after this.i sent letter and email to get status but they did not reply.

is it normal  routine?
when will my med. expire?
how can i get my status?
why can i not get status through file number?

whd_mukhtar WLSLM. I welcome you on the forum. I had performed NIKAH only aswell in Lahore plus my eCASE processing also started on 25th JAN 2010 in PKSTN. Same as yours however in my case I am sponsering my wife.

There is no news for me aswell however email response on OCT 10 said "File is in process and in queue to be reviewd by officer".
Your medical & police certificate will expire after 1yr of there original date, find out when did you performed medical & police certificate in 2009. Mine will expire in NOV next month.
In term of checking status use the FILE NO. indicated on the approval letter your wife has received in Canada, not the AOR file no.some time it doesnt work.

>>Identification Number: File no from your wife approval letter
>>Surname/Family Name: Your wife last name
>>Place of birth: Her date of birth
>>Place of Birth: PAKSITAN

Try this and it should work, howeever most likely there wont be anything special on your status othan than showing "File is in process"
