CHC, Islamabad Spouse Sponsorship Timeline 2009 -2010

any one can help me. i am so much worry .
i got AOR and document request in FEb,2012
after that no upadate ..
any idea why so late ?

It is now over 3 months since my wife sent the passport to CHC-I and still no sign of decision made.

My case is now with the MP and lawyers, they are putting a lot of pressure on CHC-I.

Nothing is bigger than the power of Allah (swt)

Please pray for me that everything works out fine for me.

oh! thats strange.3 months is a lot of time..in my case its 40 days n still no decision made.they have neither a fixed time duration nor a time limit for that..i have seen people getting visa within week after sending passport n now i see this 3 month wait of u.thats the maximum i have known so far.may be i win from u:D

My brother in law 14 days past no Passport back with visa yet.

If you have any updated documents such as  photographs and other proof of the sponsor's visits since the wedding, proof of contact  including telephone bills, emails and letters, proof of financial support and any other proof of  an on-going relationship, you are welcome to submit these to us.  Such documents would help us in assessing your application.

2. micmac101  (Well they asked many questions about our relationship. How long have we known each other,when did we get married. One was about the age difference me being 58 and him 40.I had converted to Islam in 2006 and had hard times. He was intoduced to me through an online friend I had known about 4yrs.
 The interviewer was impressed about my coming here to visit him several times and my husband told him i was sitting in the waiting room waiting for my husband.
We had brought more documents for them to be examined but he said they had enough already.
The interview to 2 1/2 hrs. My husband came out smiling and was told a letter would be received in the mail. Now what all this means I don't know but we hope and pray its good news coming.)
