Question # 7 from From IMM0008 :- Needs to be filled by those only who sponsor is Quebec Resident and Sponsored Spouse will settled in Quebec after getting PR with hi/her spouse. For this Sponsor must apply for Quebec Selection Certification called CSQ in French Called Certificat de selection du Quebec for his/her spouse under sponsored spouse's name. Once, they get that requested certificate then they have to fill this Section.

Question # 8 From From # IMM0008:- First of Most this form needs to be filled by sponsored spouse. This form asking every type of information about sponsored spouse not sponsor. I would say if your sponsored spouse i.e. Husband or Wife is in Pakistan then you should mention Citizenship of Pakistan
